This link is to a CNN article about the DC 3rd Ward. The reporter came to church on a recent Sunday. The story is a pretty accurate picture of this inner city ward where four companionships of English elders and one companionship of French elders serve. (The French missionaries teach those from West Africa.) With 10 missionaries serving in this ward at a time, there is a high probability that an elder in our mission will spend part of his time in this ward.
