The senior missionaries play such an important part in helping with missionary work. Most of them have other assignments through the day such as working in the office, helping in the visitors' center, overseeing training with the employment, working with interns at the Barlow Center, digitizing records for family history or assisting the women's auxiliaries. There are also a number of couples whose main responsibility is in strengthening the ward and helping the missionaries.
Whatever their main assignment, the seniors are active in their wards and instrumental in many baptisms. They are similar to the younger missionaries in that they don't send pictures very frequently either. Here are a few of the baptisms they were involved with over the past 18 months.
