Zone leader council was held this time at the newly remodeled Visitors Center. Some of the workmen were still there, making it difficult to get photos of everything. I will go back in a few weeks when the sisters receive training. I should have additional pictures at that time - with sisters instead of elders.
Elder Don Olsen, Visitors Center director, greeted the zone leaders and then took them on a tour of the newly remodeled areas.

Two computer terminals are also part of the exhibit. Not only can you learn about the temple, but you can also email the video segments to yourself.

Inside the home is a living room with video flat screens on the wall. "The Plan of Happiness" can be shown here as well as in the theaters.
The wall across from the house now contains the "Special Witnesses of Christ" exhibit.
The dome room has been turned into an exhibit about missionaries. Various video clips follow the lives of the missionaries from "The District". It shows their history before they became missionaries and now shows what that are doing - including marriage and parenthood for some.

Sister Miller and Sister Miller were there to assist Elder Olsen in giving the tour.

Another exhibit is reworked from the humanitarian exhibit that was in the Visitors Center last year.
The Book of Mormon exhibit includes four booths that allows people to read directly from the Book of Mormon. Because it was being worked on, I did not get photos - but will in a few weeks.
Following the tour the missionaries were excited thinking about how the exhibits could help their investigators. This will be a great teaching tool.
