Transfer week - Temple/Breakfast, August 2012

Even with only four missionaries departing this transfer, nearly every elder in the mission attended the temple.  There is no feeling quite like having so many worthy, young men gathered together in one place.

After the temple they all scatter - for lunch or other activities.  Here are pictures of a few who are there when we come out.

Sister Mays tempts the elders to eat her hot peppers.  The wise elders who leave with taste buds and stomachs intact are left to right:  Elder Rodriguez, Elder Julander, Elder Carrera, Elder Searle, Elder Olsen. Elder Nielson, Elder Flores, Elder Garcia (hidden) and Elder Roomataaroa.

Left to right: Elder Lanham, Elder Ah Puck, Elder Livengood, Elder  Schoemig and Elder Ah Puck.

Coming out of the temple left to right: Elder Moss, Elder Fisher, Elder Chapman and Elder Storr.

The missionaries gather by the fountain.

Elder Szabo and Elder Bott.

Some missionaries drive - like in the front seat: Elder Mataele and Elder Gremillion and in the back seat: Elder Gilbert and Elder Watts.

And some missionaries walk - like the missionaries who are in bike areas.  Left to right: Elder Moss, Elder Storr, Elder Chapman and Elder Fisher.
Breakfast:  Because the group was relatively small - only four departing missionaries - and because three of the four served in the French program, I pulled out a pan and let them make crepes as well as the traditional pancakes.

Elder Searle, Elder Rodrigues and Elder Pound complete some assignments.

Around the table starting at the left:  Elder Lambert, Elder Rodriguz, Elder Brown and Elder Croft.

Elder Pound tries his hand at crepe making.

Elder Searle and Elder Rodriguez join President Matsumori at the table.
