Trainer/Trainee Meeting: January 17, 2013

This transfer there are eight wonderful new missionaries.  Here they are with their trainers.
Sister Holt and Sister Smith

Sister Chappell and Sister Schoemaker

Sister Engman and Sister Brown

Elder Wery and Elder Queen

Sister Kaarma and Sister Wankier

Elder Gulavao and Elder Seymore

Elder Parlogean and Elder Lott

Elder McLane and Elder He

We then separate the new missionaries from their trainers in order to talk about how to best learn and how to best teach.

Elder Standing and Elder Bigelow listen to the conversation.

We learn - and we have fun too.
Elder Sanchez oversees Elder McLane and Elder He's accuracy in shooting word strips.

Elder Bigelow (on the left) demonstrates with Elder Standing what should not occur with the sisters.

Elder Wery and Elder Queen (center) try to find the information in the White Handbook that explains what Elder Bigelow, Elder Sanchez and Elder Standing are demonstrating.

Yes, they like each other, but this is also part of the game.

And the winners get....companionship ties.

We have the missionaries get involved in role plays immediately as they will be doing them their entire mission in order to practice before they teach.
