It started like every other arrival day except for one little glitch. When we checked to see if the flight was on time, we realized that this group was scheduled to arrive at a different airport than usual - to the one furthest away and through the worse traffic.
Fortunately this was a larger group of 12 missionaries. So when they de-planed, retrieved their luggage and still had no one there to meet them, they weren't too panicked. Though I think they were happy when we finally were all together. I know we were.

Later in the afternoon the missionaries gather to review the "blue binders" which contain the mission policies. They also are trained and given opportunities to practice.
