Transfer week: March 7, 8, 2012 - Temple trip and breakfast

Many missionaries came to the temple again.  They came to feel the Spirit and they came to wish the thirteen departing missionaries well.  They are all great young men.

Left to right:  Elder Williams, Elder Anderson, Elder Lindsay, Elder Opeda, Elder Bott (with Elder Opeda's glasses), Elder Roomataaroa, and Elder Mataele.
Left to right: Elder Bates, Elder Valdetano, (in car...Elder Benke, Elder Tomlinson), Elder Miles and Elder Nisson.

Left to right:  Elder Kennedy, Elder Schow, Elder Kuddes, Elder Valdetano, Elder Bates, Elder Kinne and Elder Koyle.

The following morning the departing missionaries came to the mission home. And then, being the demanding sister that I am, I give them many assignments to complete before they can leave.

Elder Cameron signs the mat around the picture of the temple that hangs in the family room while Sister Hazen looks on.
Elder Probst waits his turn to sign the guest book after Elder Walker is finished.

Elder Probst at the guest book, Elder Walker marks his favorite scripture and Elder Shigeta waits his turn.

Left to right: Elder Martin Elder Opeda and Elder Palmer.

Only after they complete signing everything are they allowed to eat.  And they get to make their own pancakes - with no limit to quantity or size. The only stipulation I make is that anything they can't successfully flip on their own and falls off the griddle, they are responsible to clean up.

Left to right:  Elder Wright, Elder Shigeta, Sister Hazen and Sister Withers.

Elder Probst plays it safe on the pancake size.

Left to right:  Elder Opeda, Elder Walker, Elder Probst and Elder Krugman.

Left to right: Elder Shinost, Elder Martin, Elder Opeda and Elder Salazar.
President and I took this opportunity for one last photo with the two missionaries who will miss the departing testimony meeting and group picture. The international flights are scheduled very early in the morning and in some cases, the night before.
Elder Shigeta will return to Tokyo, Japan.

Elder Salazar returns to Bucuramanga, Colombia.
